1. Subscription Overview

By signing up for the subscription box, you agree to receive hand-selected vintage and secondhand items curated specifically for you. This program begins with a one-time introductory month at a discounted rate of $600, after which you can choose to continue the subscription for $750 per month.

2. Billing & Payments

• First Payment: The first month is billed immediately upon sign-up at $600. This introductory box gives you a preview of the high-value vintage and secondhand items you’ll receive.

• Ongoing Payments: If you decide to continue the subscription, your payment method will be charged $750 on the 1st of each month, starting the month following your introductory box.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available upon invoice.

3. Subscription Management

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at thehouseofhillary@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the 20th of the month.

• Pausing Subscriptions: Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Please notify us via email at thehouseofhillary@gmail.com before the 20th of the month to pause for the next billing cycle.

• Updating Preferences: If your size, style, or preferences change, email us directly at thehouseofhillary@gmail.com at least 10 days before your next box is curated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Frequency: Subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is included within the U.S. Additional charges may apply for international shipping.

• Delivery Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after shipment within the U.S. International orders may take 10-14 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each box is uniquely curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your box (e.g., incorrect size or damaged item), please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not available for subscription boxes unless there is a proven issue (e.g., items were damaged during transit). Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery by emailing us at thehouseofhillary@gmail.com.

7. Communication

All subscription-related inquiries, including cancellations, pauses, or preference updates, must be sent to thehouseofhillary@gmail.com. You will also receive email notifications regarding billing, shipping, and updates about your subscription.
